This privacy policy applies to the Jumper UPTOP: Co-op Jump game (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Ramil Huseynov (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free game. The Application is provided "AS IS".
The Application does not run its own analytics servers and does not collect personal information for the Service Provider's own use. The Application functions primarily on your device. The data involved is limited to the following:
The Application does not gather precise location information about your mobile device.
The Application does not contain third-party advertising, and does not include third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.
The Application uses Apple Game Center for leaderboards and real-time multiplayer matchmaking. If you sign in to Game Center, your Game Center alias/player identifier and your game scores are processed by Apple to display rankings and match you with other players. This data is handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy. You can manage or disable Game Center in your device's iOS Settings.
If you use the optional "Ghost Race" feature, replay data needed to race against a recorded run is stored in your own iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data lives in your iCloud and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. You can delete it by clearing the Application's data in iCloud or uninstalling the Application.
The Application relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
You can stop all on-device data collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process of your device. You can also disable the microphone (voice jump) feature in Settings, and sign out of Game Center in your iOS Settings.
On-device game data is retained until you delete it (for example, by resetting progress in Settings) or uninstall the Application. iCloud data is retained in your Apple account until you remove it. If you would like the Service Provider to assist with data deletion, please contact them at azerioid@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at azerioid@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards. Data that stays on your device or in your iCloud is also protected by Apple's platform security.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this page periodically; continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
