Why are exchange rates not loading?
First, check your internet connection. If the issue continues, close and reopen the app, then try refreshing again after a few seconds.
Why does the conversion result look different from my bank’s rate?
The app uses official CBAR exchange rates. Commercial bank or exchange office rates may differ.
How can I change the language?
Open the app settings and choose one of the available languages. The change is applied immediately.
Why was my history removed?
Reinstalling the app or clearing device storage may remove locally saved history.
Does the app use ads, chat, or paid subscriptions?
No. The current version does not include ads, user chat, or auto-renewable subscriptions.
